Replaced ".." with "C:\Program Files\PackageManagement\NuGet\" to allow for AutopilotBranding folder to be independent of Wix install location.

I see what happened: The .gitignore file added by default excluded the "packages" folder. So I assumed it would be side-by-side with the "AutopilotBranding" folder, but it's not there for anyone else who downloads or clones the repository. Although this might not be the best practice, I'll fix that so the packages folder is there.
