Specific Patch Tags for docker #105

It would be nice to add specific tags which don't update, like 1.20.1 for example. Especially with mods etc it's quite annoying if a new image is pulled and then our clients are out of date.

Would be nice, thank you!

I understand this. I will create these tag when 1.20 releases.
