I'm working on a PR, to add alerting to Hipchat, Slack, PagerDuty. When health checks fail for more then a set amount of time.

@bscott Awesome, a tool that is used in prod (not only inside user groups) makes its creator even happier :)

I wish I could help more right now! Great repo. I was thinking of adding a webhook aspect to this as it will handle most issues.
