Dropdown container stays fixed while scrolling a div with "overflow: scroll"

Hello,

When the drop down container is expaneded and you scroll the div element, then 
the container does not contract. Instead it stays at its original position. 
Please look at the sample.

Is there a method, which can be called in the "onscroll" event of the div, 
which will cause the drop down container to contract?

-- jQuery version: 1.4.1
-- jQuery UI version: 1.8
-- Browser and version: Firefox 3.6

Thanks for the sample -- it fails quite nicely.
There are a fair number of issues concerning positioning of the dropdown, so 
hopefully, one solution will address all the problems.

here has been corrected.
