** This is IE6 specific issue. Try to display the drop down over another . It 
will not be displayed properly. 

** Expected output is to display the drop down menu OVER the other HTML 
component. Though I could see the other HTML component through the drop down. 

** I am using windows XP professional + IE6. 
Please find the attachement for more clarification. 

** Please provide any additional information below/Please attach sample
html
