Tooltip shows "&nbsp" for an empty selection. #173

On hovering over the textbox when no element is selected it displays "&nbsp;

This can simply be replaced by "" in the code and it still seems to work just 
fine.

Issue 171 describes this issue as well and suggests a fix that I will try to 
incorporate into the next release.
FYI -- watch yourself with using an empty string rather than a non-breaking 
space. Different browsers will treat the empty string display differently.

I have the latest version and am still seeing an empty tool tip box when no 
elements are selected. Is there a css hack to 'fix' this without changing the 
code?
