Test which elevation format (geotiff) works with the current scripts

@mfecalio could you please have a look at this? If so, add a short list here that indicates something like i). Resolution ii). where the data was downloaded from and iii) and if the GeoTiff's works with SpeciesGeoCoder. Thanks.

@azizka @alexantonelli @mfecalio @rscharn @dsilvestro. We need to make a list of repositories from where geotiff data (that works wit spgc) can be downloaded. Please make tests and add it to the wiki page.
