Tag management broken #1402

  1. Saving a template with tags fails with SQLiteConstraintException
  2. Saving a transaction with tags from Web User Interface results in Internal Server Error
  3. Saving a transaction with transfers fails with SQLiteConstraintException

1 and 2 are solved in version 3.7.3.1 3 is solved in version 3.7.3.2 (207689de1c7ef3ad715c6aaf24f804c061efceef)
