Resize don't work properly in full screen mode- Posible solution adding feature: Size per host. #106

In full screen mode, the maximum resolution available is 80x22, missing
the two lines more without the status bar, the resolution will be 80x24.

In other words, the app always keeps the size of the status bar at screen
bottom.

It will be very interesting the posibility of set the screen size per host.

It doesn't calculate in the size of the status bar. The issue is that the font
is
just *slightly* too big to fit in more than 1 line with the full screen mode at
the
normal resolution

So in non-full screen you get 80x21 and in full screen 80x22. A different font
might
help (I have my eye on FreeMono.ttf), but it's not a bug.
