Add menu item documenting special keys -- just in case I forget #230

Suggestion: add a help menu item covering typing CTRL ESC and TAB on soft
keyboards.

If I jump right into connectbot I may soon need to type exactly those, and
not have handy http://code.google.com/p/connectbot/wiki/UsageWithSoftKeyboard
or http://code.google.com/p/connectbot/wiki/DroidKeyboardSymbols

There is help when you are on the main screen with the lists of hosts (menu > 
help) that includes the information.
