No error message when connection fails to open #99

1. Start with no open connections
2. on the Hosts screen, select a connection that will fail (ie localhost:9999)
3. You are sent to the 'No hosts currently connected' screen

> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Connect error message should be displayed.

> What version of the product are you using?

This is a race condition somewhere between ConsoleActivity and TerminalBridge 
in the
handling of PromptHelper

Is this still happening for you? I still want to add in a 'you have no network
connection!' dialog, but it should display some sort of error screen 100% of 
the time
now.
