As a user I want to be reminded to re-enable location service on my device if turned off

Reproduce:

stop the app
turn off location in device settings
open the app
⚠️ infinite loading wheel↻ in the home screen (no information for the user)

Tasks:

[x] Analytics event
[x] Show message in Home Screen
[x] Show message in Nearby Screen
[x] Show message in Map screen
...
