[x] module receiver to deploy DB after package update
- [x] deploy when opening module redirect activity?
[x] return schedule from last valid day of week schedule when no schedule available
- [x] schedule
- [x] frequency
- [x] test with different TimeZones
- [x] test mix of available schedule and old schedule
[x] test going from old NEXT to new CURRENT w/o deploy
