We have an MVC Module Yeoman task working. We need to implement the Skin task.

nvisonative is coming out with a new nvQuickSite theme for DNN. I will use that once it is released to build the template for the theme.

I am actually going to change this to point users to use nvQuickTheme. We may eventually integrate it, but not right now.

Comment added and integrated into the development branch. Will be ready for 1.0.8 release.
