Atom integration #35

I'm starting this conversation here because I'm not sure where else to start it.

I am starting to do atom integration for this project. I'll be making some requests - probably some of them will be bad ideas, as I don't have any experience with language servers. Or atom development, actually.

That said, I have it barely working: https://github.com/kwerle/ide-ruby

I wish there were logging. I understand that's problematic since everything is done via stdio. Maybe logging to stderr would work?

Sigh. OK - I see there is a logger and that it logs to stderr. At least it was a reasonable idea, if it does highlight my reading comprehension shortcomings. The logging on io is great - but what I'm currently interested in seems to be the rcodetools. The suggestions I'm getting back are all about installed gems and not about the project code.
