Fix a host of startup issue. #37

WARNING: Ignore load paths - which means don’t parse the local gems.

Do some logging on exceptions and startup issues.

Sorry for the being late 🙇

Adhoc definition provider still has some bugs but I wouldn't like to ignore the errors for now. So I've added --experimental-features flag and disabled it by default.

Close this PR for now.
