Int api sporadically throwing error cannot require ./scrapers/al_lakeTekapoW (or similar)

This should not be happening as that is a static webcam
It seems like it is being treated as a dynamic scraper, when it shouldnt be. Need to find out why.
Wierdly, the bug disappears after a restart
