Use PassportJS and local and/or google strategy for user auth

Tech to use: Passport JSON web tokens Sequelize Postgres

Steps to POC:

[x] Get Sequelize up and running
[x] Add POC endpoints to simply add user to DB with details, and another to find user from details
[x] Expand above endpoints to use password hashing and ensure it still works correctly
[ ] Follow tutorial to get tech all working together
