Credit to @Inversion-Nl for the majority of the work in this commit.

Mobile card now available and additional capabilities added. Now supports extra capabilities of: onoff, getting play and pause status, previous, next, mediacontrol (specifically used for the mobile card ternary). Also volume get and set work now.
