CI: enable line-length for yamllint #4

Enable the line-length option and fix all occurrences. If it's in the sub modules, we should also fix it for each repository. It was disabled on the migration process, PR https://github.com/mtulio/ansible-collection-okd-installer/pull/3

Most of the fixes should be covered by https://github.com/mtulio/ansible-collection-okd-installer/pull/11 .

Need to enable and review it.
