External Links Opening in Same Tab #4

Describe the bug External Links in the navigation bar (Zotero, Github) do not open in a new tab.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to homepage
  2. Click on 'Bibliography'
  3. See error: No new tab opened

Expected behavior Clicking on external links should open them in new tabs.
