Adds SQLite Pro Tools info to the Community Drivers docs.

@RandomFractals I'm wondering why you chose to add this to the Community Drivers section rather than to the Related Tools one which you introduced for use by two of your other tools.

@gjsjohnmurray I think Community Drivers is a better place for it because this extension is an actual SQLite database driver with some extra features unlike the generic Markdown SQL and PRQL Pro Tools we added to the new Related Tools section last time, which work with most SQL Tools drivers and databases.
