Minor adjustments #1

This change adjusts the UI minimally and adds some data protection settings to the backend.

change tooltip from very bright rgb code to grey color (looks ok in light and dark themes of browser)
change document content in tooltip to be stripped down (subject to change)
disable telemetry in chromadb
add import route for local development preparations
