Oscillator PW? #163

I wondered if it'd be possible to have a Pulse-wave with variable duty cycle? if there was an additional PW control added to oscillators other waveforms could use that aswell.

Could be cool. The shuffle in the sub oscillator is a little similar. This is a duplicate though of #92
