dmgbuild needs to be updated for macOS 11+ compatibility #244

Currently dmgbuild is pinned to version 1.5.2. There is an issue embedding the software license to the dmg (also described in https://github.com/mu-editor/pup/issues/243), which has been fixed in the v1.6.0 release:

So, we should update the pup pinned version: https://github.com/mu-editor/pup/blob/55bf81d7f5395910639ad384dd0db8665bc2ea2b/setup.py#L39
