Can RecRTC video recording be saved on client side to server, if so how?

I am a client of a web app development. A web programmer has coded a whole web api in WebRtc where i can record live video, the next part was to save in j.s to server, he tells me it can be done, but he left me half way through it saying he was just too busy to complete it, but still says it can be done. Other programmers have said it can not be saved using js to server

I have spent a great deal of money and time on trying to complete this project already and had multiple struggles

Can someone please help with some advice about what i can do to save this video record to the server?
