Rain not over whole screen #17

Hello, there isn't rain on small right part of the screen, what should I do? Thank you.

One more question, sorry. What can I do so when phone rotates, picture auto adjusts the size? Now when I rotate phone from landscape to normal, picture stays like in landscape mode.

Now it works somehow but I don't know how to resolve rotate problem.
