add python script and dir #1

Looks good to me, just tested over here and seems to work. Didn't know about the port option, useful to have that in there. Like the idea about creating a separate directory for python, but would it not be helpful to maybe create a directory for scripts and then subdivide that into different languages?

Ruby will have it's own file (ruby.md) in the scripting directory. I don't think there will be that many post-exploitation tasks in either language, but if there is we can subdivide them when the time comes.
