Add MSSQL stuff #59

This is a result of my internet scanning for mssql instances.

Not exactly sure where to put it, but it's important when you use mssql ping

Once inside a network.. Unless someone has an idea now, I'll move it around later

just good to have the content in there.

Looks good, but I notice one thing that needs to be fixed before I can merge it. The current title for the page is:

MSSQL defaul

Did you mean to make this:

MSSQL Default Credentials

or something similar? Otherwise, content and formatting looks great :)
