Received from Angelman Curator Megan Tones 19/0702017, in regard to conversations with an American Angelman research team:

I was also wondering whether you had any information about HIPAA compliance and the RDRF? The team was asking about that today and I thought that you may have some information about this (I've attached a white paper about HIPAA requirements).
