Angelman Bug: webpack bundle.js not found - 404 error #299

Description: When a user (patient) login to the system and move to Demographics - there was an error in the browser console.

Steps:

login as Parent(Username/Password)
Go to Demographics.
Press Shift + Ctrl + J
It will open the development tool within the browser
Go to Console Tab
I see error in red GET http://localhost:8000/static/proms/js/main-bundle.min.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

Expected Result: The should not be any error in the console
