Not sure if a coding bug or the report is using wrong field names. Issue appears to be reporting on old fields that were moved by the script

They appear in the forms ( so the data is there) but there're not appearing in the report Megan uses.

Some FieldValues ( cached values) weren't created

This "feature" is not really helping report speed and causing issues on form retstructure so we should remove it.

I ran the create_field_values management command on the live system to correct the reports
