Follow ups are not in the right order (see screenshots below). That is, 1st F/up is currently showing the last date PROMs were collected not the first time. Patient Duck Quaker actually had his 6 months PROMs (1st follow up) on 18/6/20; 12 months (2nd F/up) on 18/12/20; year 2 f/up (3rd F/up) on 18/12/21; and the most recent (4th) on 15/12/22 but these are reversed in all the dashboards.
It's possible an end user could issue collection of the base line after the followups - in this case the followups will show as first ( with smaller sequence numbers )
