Server fuori servizio #16

È da diversi giorni che il termostato non si collega più al server. Sulla rete locale il wifibox è regolarmente collegato con indirizzo IP assegnato. Qualcuno ha la stessa situazione? Avete notizie? Grazie

Si è giù da un po'. Dal gruppo facebook del tizio che per buona volontà aveva dato supporto in questo anni a chi aveva problemi di configurazione arrivano brutte news. Vi posto qui sotto il link. Chiude il gruppo perché ormai è ingestibile , dice che ci sono voci di una offerta da parte di besmart per sostituire con il nuovo hw che si collega ai nuovi server ( hi comfort per capirci) che arriverà a chi aveva registrato i vecchi besmart. Solo che in quel caso noi che lo avevamo integrato in ha grazie a questa custom...non potremo più farci nulla. Io sto ancora "smanettando" con un esp ot.gateway per vedere se riesco integrare quello e usare l override. Se riesco vi avviso.per ora funziona solo come gateway ma non accetta l override.

Come per miracolo, da un paio di giorni è tornato a funzionare....

E' stato un miracolo prima he arrivasse il momento di usare i caloriferi da giovedì scorso è andato 1 ora lunedì, ne ho 2 purtroppo uno per la mia caldaia e uno per quella dei miei genitori che voi sappiate esiste qualcosa di diverso per collegarsi in OTBUS la caldaia dei miei ha solo quel collegamento essendo una da esterno. grazie

Fino a poco fa non c'era molto che avesse tutte le caratteristiche (in particolare il termostato wireless).

Adesso Netatmo ne ha uno, occhio che devi scegliere quello verde, l'altro è solo contatto pulito.questo invece è OT.

Stessa carcassa (e immagino stesso Hw) ma non ti fa registrare il WiFi box per un paio di mesi l'assistenza me lo ha spacciato come compatibile poi l'ultimo con cui ho parlato mi ha detto che funziona solo con apparecchiature hi comfort

Cercando sul sito ufficiale BeSmart, viene indicato chiaramente che il progetto BeSmart è stato sostituito dal “Hi, confort” e che la nuova APP (che ovviamente punterà a server funzionanti) NON è compatibile con i termostati BeSmart

Io ho inviato proprio adesso una mail di protesta.

Mi ha chiamato assistenza Riello mi ha chiesto codici wifi box uno risulta sostituibile in garanzia e me ne manderanno uno nuovo l'altro no ma portandolo in centro Riello è possibile acquistare nuovo a 85 Eur + iva

Confermo.Ho contattato il mio centro assistenza Beretta e mi ha confermato che, essendo fuori garanzia (ho superato i 2 anni), l'unica soluzione è l'acquisto a €85 del solo WiFibox. Fino a poco fa non c'era molto che avesse tutte le caratteristiche (in

particolare il termostato wireless).

Adesso Netatmo ne ha uno, occhio che devi scegliere quello verde,

No ragazzi, non sarà integrabile in home assistant. O almeno non con questa integrazione ne con il progetto che prevede di puntare a un server locale in sostituzione di quello besmart .

Bisognerebbe ripartire da capo con il reverse engeneering che aveva fatto @muchasuerte ma che comprensibilmente mi sembra abbia ben spiegato che abbandona il mantenimento di questa integrazione e in più io non ci sprecherei tempo visto l'approccio che han tenuto fino ad oggi. Se va bene fra qualche anno o di nuovo abbandonano i server o mettono un canone per tenerli su. Non vale la pena.

Per chi ha già investito nella versione hi confort può pensare di integrare mettendo un esp con gateway ot tra caldaia e wifi box,quello funzionerà per entrambe le versioni e costa pochi euro. I progetti sono abbastanza maturi e nell'ultimo annetto si comincia a poter fare funzionare la cosa. Io ho mixato un paio di progetti e ho una integrazione che funziona per i miei scopi ma ancora in alto mare. Ma se guardate le varie opzioni disponibili tra i codici su GitHub trovate quasi sicuramente qualche progetto più avanti del mio (di qualche vero developer , non come me) che potrebbe coprire le vostre esigenze
