JG 13.40.16ex >m17 - Inconsistent Device Detection after restart #189

Opening a new thread for this specific issue as I was able to find a way to 100% reproduce the symptoms on my system.

Test Conditions: JG Ex 13.40.16ex m27, fresh install HidHide 1.5.230.0 Vjoy 2.1.9.1 Win11 Pro 8 Physical Devices

This video is intentionally capture with VJOY Disabled. The issue is independent of the VJOY state. What we see on the video is that, in my conditions, as soon as JG Ex is launched for a second time without first deleting it, it no longer detects all devices. If JG Ex is deleted and launched the first time, it works as per design. (Apologies for quality, had to keep it under 10Mb)

If VJoy is enabled, the issue is the same + the error messages that were previously shared in the other issues.

If the same procedure is performed with any release before m17 (included), it does not happen.
