Issue of bundling antisamy(xerces) with xalan #133

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take an application that has reports and supports IText and Jasper 
reports(which depend on Xalan)
2. Add Antisamy functionality which has dependency on Xerces.
3. The reports do not work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The reports should not be affected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.4.4.

Please provide any additional information below.

When we use Xalan along with Xerses as part of our library jars the other 
existing functionality which has dependency on Xalan breaks.
