Temperature shows as 0E-8 in dashboard when actually 0F reported by DS18B20 #14

Not quite sure if this happened when sensor value was -17.7C or -17.8C (didn't catch it in the logs quickly enough) but when the value was 0F, the dashboard tile showed 0E-8
