It should be possible to report a character profile, which would allow moderators to review a snapshot of the profile the character used at the time of the report.

The report dialog should have a checkbox to include the profile in the report
The character profile should have a Report icon which opens the report dialog
The report command should open a dialog rather than sending the report right away. Any message should be prefilled.
