Inform that Java 11 is required instead of Java 8 #8

According to the project's README.md file Java 11 is required.

The msi package is shipped with Java 17. I don't know how the Linux/Unix packages are configured, but maybe the whole paragraph can be removed 🙂

@agabrys thanks for posting this, I'm really sorry for missing this PR somehow. on the bright side, this paragraph was updated relatively soon after this PR was posted to Java 10 and then to Java 11, as you posted. there's value in this paragraph despite bundling the JRE within the msi, dmg, rpm and deb packages since Java is not included in the portable and tgz formats.
