Bowler is desyncing against it’s mapping #16

During a long run Bowler′s ancestors are extended with new methods, while corresponding Mapping is created pure fresh.

Currently there is a hack for nested methods, but we need a mechanism to keep proper Mapping within it’s Bowler instance during long run.

New instance of a class is dynamically created for each .parse call.
