Build Dependencies? #1

Hello wahidtanner,

I noticed that Boost is required to build this project. Is anything else required for build? I apologize if it is already documented.

It's not yet documented. I just merged to master some changes that require Google's Protocol Buffers. I still need to add extra build steps to automatically run protoc.
