Bulgarian localization #4095

I'm working on Bulgarian i18n - localization and keyboard input.

The corresponding PR is #4096

@StoyanDimitrov Thank you for your contribution! However, at this moment we're unable to integrate it into MuditaOS as the fonts we're using don't support Cyrillic alphabet. This might change at some point in the future though, we'll keep you informed.

I'm aware of the font "issue". Just a little pressure from the community.
