I've not seen that on my end, though I use Linux on my V3 I'm not sure that should make a difference but you can always try booting a live USB of course as well.. it kinda sounds like there's a faulty batch(es) of V3's (with broken screens specifically?) being shipped, I assume yours is somewhat new? I pre-ordered in mid April basically as soon as it became available.
Hi, I am also seeing this issue as well (and also after updating to the drivers that came out a week or so ago). I really hope it is not a hardware issue, but I have noticed that the spacing and size of the stripes changes when maximizing a window so I am inclined to believe it is a driver or similar issue instead.
After updating AMD drivers, horizontal stripes began to appear on my screen at a frequency of 60 Hz, the official driver from minisforum from the site has a broken signature, so I couldn’t install it. I resigned myself to the fact that at 60 Hz I have a non-working screen and used 165 Hz, on an already weak battery. But just recently I got these stripes at 165 Hz, and even in the BIOS, so far I have not found a solution to the problem, maybe someone has information on solving this problem? I assume that it is hardware in nature. Has anyone received a response from support that is more logical than just reinstalling windows. There is also a thread on this topic on reddit and several messages in the minisforum discord
