Add redux for cocktails #15

Should add redux for cocktails for a few reasons:

Quicker when searching for a random cocktail
More easily able to show an entire page of cocktails with the left sidenav - won't have to make a network request every time
Will help with seeing the cocktails that a user has saved

Moved this to the search for cocktail project because I think it would be useful to have redux in order to show users some cocktails that match their query in real time (as they are typing and before they submit)
