Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not really, but would be nice to have for downstream projects/self-hosted instances a way to change brandings (such as logo displayed on the navbar)

Describe the solution you'd like A branding configuration for LocalAI. We might want to consider at this point having a configuration file to start localai, or we can expose settings via environment variables/args
