A way to access to the runtime definitions across different repository revisions
Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, the client should be able to specify a reference id (which currently is hardcoded as repository.yaml), and while creating repositories luet should snapshot the current metadata file with a name that can be later on referenced by the client.
