The URI change of xxd changed, the old one gave me 404.

the new uri is
SRC_URI="http://grail.cba.csuohio.edu/~somos/${P}.tar.gz"

removed xxd due to upstream being dead and referenced file NOT being the same.

I will adjust deps now.
