Application add Responder #288

Could really use this application
https://github.com/SpiderLabs/Responder
The app is functional from it's extracted dir but needs python targets set. 
Because of this it would be best maintained via the package manager and should 
be added to the repo.

Here is the fix for the package.

Fix responder, run in root folder of responder.
sed -i 's/#!\ \/usr\/bin\/env\ python/#!\ \/usr\/bin\/env\ python2/g' *.py

You mention that you want this in the overlay but don't bother to mention how 
it's better than any tools we already have.  Please, tell us why we want this 
instead of something else.

This is an expanded functionality over tools offered in MSF like SMB capture 
and relay, simply it's more effective. MSF smb_relay gets nabbed by AV almost 
indefinitely where responder does not.

I like this tool as well and I will be adding an ebuild for it in the near 
future.
