Reset course support? #112

A couple GitHub issues were opened requesting support for Reset course functionality in both ncstate-delta/moodle-mod_zoom#287 and wooclap/moodle-mod_wooclap#10

I was able to find some documentation here: https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Implementing_Reset_course_functionality_in_a_module

Is this something that should exist in every/most module plugins? I tried searching this repository, but I did not find the strings I was expecting.

+1 - either as a compulsory part or controlled by a flag in the YAML recipe.
