Create 'renderer.php' in the classes/output/ directory #58

IIRC both locations are correct.

I watched this video that said that renderer.php used to be at the root of the plugin directory, but that was changed to be at classes/output. That's why I changed it.

There's also some documentation on the docs that says the same thing, I wanted to stick to the documentation.

No problem. The new location is preferred for the new development by some core developers. All i was trying to say is that both locations are supported.
